If you're a music artist using Gotchscape to distribute your songs, it’s important to know how to manage your music catalog. Whether you’re submitting a new release, checking the status of your tracks, or updating details, Gotchscape makes it easy.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to view, organize, and manage your music on the platform.
📌 Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to distro.gotchscape.com and log in using your account details. Once you’re in, you’ll land on your distribution dashboard.
📌 Step 2: Open the Catalog
From the sidebar menu, click ‘Catalog’ or use the ‘My Releases’ button on your dashboard. This will open your personal music catalog where you can manage all your submitted and approved releases.
📌 Step 3: Understand the Four Tabs
Your catalog is divided into four easy-to-use sections:
- Instructions: A guide to help you understand how the dashboard works.
- Submitted: Shows all your music that’s waiting for approval.
- Approved: Lists all the music that’s been successfully released.
- Unverified: Displays submissions that need changes or more details before approval.
📌 Step 4: Grant Permission
When you open the Submitted, Approved, or Unverified tabs for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking for your email permission. Click ‘Allow’ so the platform can show your releases.
📌 Step 5: Update Track Details
Want to make changes to an approved track?
Simply click the ‘Update Track Details’ button at the top of your Approved tab. A form will appear where you can edit your track’s name, artist info, release date, and more.
📌 Step 6: Submit New Music
When you’re ready to drop a new song, just click ‘Submit New Release’ from your dashboard. Follow the steps in the form to upload your music, enter details, and send it for review.
📌 Step 7: Get Help When You Need It
If you get stuck or have questions, check the Instructions tab or visit the Gotchscape Support Hub for helpful resources and answers.
