Afrobeat Sensation BOYSARM drops summer banger ‘Tonight’ – A perfect blend of Afrobeat and Dancehall. Boysarm, currently a 300-Level student of the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Lagos, has been delivering a scintillating quality of music over the last couple of months. His debut single ‘Away’ was released in September 2024, and that was cogently followed up by ‘Adufe’ on January 5th, 2025. It is Summer 25, and Boysarm is set to heat up the summer with another Elite tune titled ‘Tonight’.
The banger ‘Tonight’, a fusion of classic Afrobeat chunes and Dancehall energy, is enriched with pulsating rhythms, smooth vocal delivery and lyrics made for the dance floor. This one is for the dancehall lovers. The enthralling magic behind the sound owes much to prodigious producer King Chargy, whose Midas Touch generates a perfect tune rich in finesse and exuberance. His production added an alluring theme to the unique record, characterised by infectious rhythmic beats and perfectly bedded percussion.
