The legal case was initiated in November 2025 by fellow artist Levi Ogbogiri, who performs as Kraziecent. Ogbogiri claims that Odumodublvck assaulted him without reason during a public event on December 16, 2024.

During the recent hearing, Ogbogiri’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that his client was ready to proceed. Ojembe highlighted the numerous adjournments and requested that the court continue the proceedings.

Justice J.O.E. Ajayi allowed a temporary stand-down for Odumodublvck and his attorney, Taiwo Akinsulie, to appear. However, both were absent when proceedings resumed.

With the defendant not present, Ogbogiri took the witness stand and reaffirmed his previous statements and submitted various documents. He cited contracts and medical records related to his alleged injury as evidence.

The court will reconvene on October 14 for the defense’s cross-examination of the claimant.
